How do I register and use my company/organization’s membership for CNA West?
Employees of CNA Members will use the CNA Member category when registering and choose their company name from a drop-down menu.
For the member fee to apply, the registrant’s organization must be a CNA Member at the time of the event. If the organization’s membership has lapsed (i.e., the CNA has not received the membership payment before the event’s start), the registrant will need to pay the difference on-site before credentials are issued.
Employees of CNA Members will use the CNA Member category when registering and choose their company name from a drop-down menu.

Once you’ve registered for CNA West, you’ll gain access to the Attendee Portal! You can use the Attendee Portal to:
- Access the CNA West Delegate List in the “Networking” tab
- Edit your Attendee Profile
- Manage your conference registration(s), including ticket substitutions
- Purchase additional tickets and add-ons

No, we do not offer a single-day registration for CNA West. You will need to register for the entire event.

If I am unable to attend the event, can someone substitute for me, or could I receive a credit for a future event?
CNA will accept registration substitutions within the same company until October 19, 2026, at 5:00 pm EDT. The substitution can be made on the CNA West Attendee Portal through the “Tickets” page. We do not offer credits for future events.

Will I receive a receipted invoice for registration?
Yes, when you register and pay the registration fee, a confirmation email will automatically be sent to the delegate’s email address as provided on the registration form. Your confirmation email will include a PDF receipt attached.

What is the cancellation/refund policy for CNA West registration(s)?
Things happen, we understand. If you need to cancel your registration, email our events team at cnawest@itmevents.ca. Cancellations for all categories are permitted until October 12th, 2026, at 5:00 pm (EDT). Cancellations received by the applicable deadline will receive a full refund, with a fee of less than 25% of the administrative fee. Cancellations must be received in writing. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after the applicable deadline stated above or for no-shows.

Are travel costs and hotel accommodations included in the registration fee?
Hotel accommodation and travel costs are not included in the registration fee. Delegates are responsible for their own accommodations and travel costs. Please check our Travel & Flights and Hotels pages for preferred rates on select hotels and flights.

Is there a shuttle bus offered from my partner hotel accommodations to the BMO Centre?
Yes, Coach bus transportation will be provided from the CNA West partner hotels and downtown Calgary to the BMO Centre ahead of peak times throughout the event. Check out our Conference Venue page on the CNA West website for more information on available pick-up and drop-off times.
